well it's our human nutrition assignment. It's required us to make our own pamphlets and distribute to the public and we are required to educate them based on the target group. For example if your topic is osteoporosis then your target group would be female aged 19-50 years old as at this range they are at the high risk getting osteoporosis. The worst part is we are required to make a video on how we educate the public! It sounds interesting indeed for the audiences but not for us!

After discussed among group members, we decided our topic - Cardiovascular disease. Cardiovascular disease is a world's largest killer and it's develop at an alarming rate. Hence it's important to let the public aware of this disease.

Basically, what we going to educate the public is through diet, i.e what they should eat and what they shouldn't eat more. Besides, we might include some suggestions on healthy lifestyles such as stay away from alcoholic drinks and cigarettes.

Well it's still under progress... hopefully we successfully educate the public and make a nice video!
